In accordance with Article 6 of the GAV Boden, the association aims to facilitate cooperation among the contracting parties regarding the implementation and enforcement of the GAV Boden. This includes, in particular, monitoring compliance with the GAV Boden, issuing all measures necessary for enforcement, conducting and enforcing controls, asserting, collecting, administering, and using control costs, enforcement cost contributions, and contractual penalties, monitoring compliance with the requirements regarding the provisions of the GAV Boden in the area of the Federal Law on flanking measures for posted workers and on the control of minimum wages provided for in standard employment contracts (Posting of Workers Act, EntsG), control activities in the area of the Federal Law on measures to combat undeclared work (Federal Law against undeclared work, BGSA), to the extent that they have been transferred to the Parity Commission, enforcement of its tasks through legal proceedings (in particular, lawsuits and debt collection) in its own name, interpretation of this collective labor agreement, and mediation of collective disputes over the interpretation and application of this collective labor agreement.
