In accordance with the GAV Personnel Leasing, the association aims to promote cooperation among GAV contracting parties, implement GAV personnel leasing, provide vocational training and continuing education, promote occupational safety and health protection, and improve wage payment in case of illness through a social fund. To this end, the association undertakes the following: a) Organizing and coordinating the aforementioned purposes, as well as financing the development and implementation of GAV personnel leasing, the activities of the Swiss Parity Professional Commission for Personnel Leasing (SPKP), the regional implementation commissions, and the activities of the enforcement bodies of the generally binding (ave) GAV and the GAV according to the list of GAV personnel leasing for temporary employment relationships in these industries; b) Financing the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the tempdata database; c) Conducting and financing subordination investigations; d) Promoting and financing vocational continuing education for employees of affiliated or subordinated personnel leasing companies in accordance with the regulations; e) Financing the parity social fund to support collective sick pay insurance for social partners and to promote health and occupational safety, prevent accidents and occupational diseases; f) Fulfilling further tasks of a primarily social nature; g) Monitoring and controlling the deduction and payment of contributions by affiliated or subordinated personnel leasing companies; h) Monitoring and controlling the refund of contributions to members of the contracting parties.
