The association aims to: eliminate the harmful consequences of the annexation of the Crimean peninsula, military invasion and genocide of the Ukrainian population by the Russian Federation in Ukraine; provide comprehensive support in matters of substantiating damages, preparing expert opinions, preparing compensation claims, recognizing and enforcing state, European and transnational decisions in favor of the Ukrainian population, legal entities of private law, Ukrainian authorities and the state of Ukraine; represent Ukrainian citizens, authorities, their departments, divisions, legal entities of private law based in Ukraine before Swiss authorities and (international) organizations; organize measures to restore and develop infrastructure and industrial facilities in Ukraine; integrate Ukrainians and Ukrainian companies into the Swiss and European business environment; develop and support Ukrainian-Swiss business relations; promote Ukrainian culture in Switzerland. To achieve its purpose, the association may cooperate with the competent authorities or other organizations that support it in its goals. The association may also engage in other activities related to the purpose of the association or directly or indirectly support it.
