Verein zur Schulung von Arbeitnehmervertreter/innen (AAA) gemäss GAV MEM

The association aims to organize courses and events for the training of employee representatives from ASM member companies. The employee representatives are to be trained in the courses and events for the exercise of their activities and acquire knowledge in areas such as: basics of social partnership; structure and application of the GAV MEM; labor law and social insurance; business and industrial science; meeting and negotiation techniques; occupational pension institutions; practical commission work, etc. Participation in the courses can also be made possible for other members of the employee representatives of Swissmem member companies or interested third-party companies.
