The non-profit foundation aims to support the following institutions: 80% to Public Eye, an association based on the Bern Declaration with its seat in Bern, 10% to Médecins Sans Frontières with its seat in Geneva, and 10% to Amnesty International - Swiss Section with its seat in Bern. The foundation may also establish one-time or recurring awards to recognize projects that contribute to a sustainable and just circular economy. Supplementary provisions regarding the foundation's purpose: If one of the institutions mentioned in Article 2 ceases to exist or significantly changes its purpose, a successor organization that has taken over or merged with the original beneficiary and pursues the same or a similar purpose shall be considered a replacement beneficiary. If no successor organization exists, a non-profit organization with a similar purpose shall take its place. Applicants and recipients of contributions do not have any enforceable claims against the foundation. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes, and does not aim to make a profit.
