The company's purpose is the restoration and import-export of foodstuffs. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, carry out and perform all mobile, real estate and financial operations as well as take participations in all enterprises, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
