The company's purpose is to provide customized services in marketing and management for sports and cultural organizations, or companies. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or related companies, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable to develop its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
