In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto. It may participate in companies or enterprises with a similar or other purpose and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
