1. The company's purposes in Switzerland or abroad are: - in the real estate field, the acquisition, sale, leasing, property management, construction, promotion of all movable and immovable property, either held directly or through structures; - all services related to the management of real estate and personal property, such as the selection of real estate intermediaries, lawyers, tax specialists, accountants, and in general, all services related to the property such as billing, renewal, holidays, marketing, selection of a new tenant, management of disputes and procedures, management of relationships with potential co-ownership, monitoring and optimization of charges, administrative management of insurance and various taxes, as well as all accounting and financial monitoring, unpaid debts, settlement of charges, statements, the transaction and valuation of these assets; - any activity related to the maintenance, technical maintenance, permanent enhancement and renovation of the real estate; - all services and work necessary for the proper management of the property, whether it is maintenance work, improvement work, renovation work or construction work; - any activity related to tenders and their follow-ups such as potential building permit deposits, promoter meetings, site follow-ups; - the subscription of any loan or financial debt and/or all financial instruments intended to guarantee its commitments; - the conclusion of any security, pledge, mortgage, privilege, guarantee, lien and any other guarantee that may be requested in this context; - all activities necessary for the indebtedness of the structure and the conclusion of all guarantees; - all activities related to the management of real estate and personal property such as the transaction, valuation of these assets; - the acquisition, subscription, holding, assignment, contribution, exchange, management, leasing, exploitation of all movable and/or immovable assets or rights, as well as all securities issued or to be issued by any industrial, financial or other company, whether these assets, rights and/or securities are located in Switzerland or abroad; - and, more generally, all industrial, commercial and financial operations, movable and immovable property that can be directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose and to all similar or related purposes that may promote its extension and development, provided that these do not have the effect of attenuating its civil nature. - as well as all convergent activities. 2. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, with the exception of any operation subject to the LFAIE. 4. It may grant guarantees, grant loans or advances to shareholders or third parties.
