The company's purpose is to operate a shopping center, purchase, sell and distribute all kinds of food and non-food products. It may participate in all mobile, real estate, financial or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, exercise all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. The company may grant its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as its direct or indirect subsidiaries, against remuneration or not, loans or other financings and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfers of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
