Care for the elderly through advice and assistance. The purpose can be achieved in particular by: a) providing incentives or financial assistance for the establishment and management of institutions in the catchment area of the former areas or departments of the founding company (Gerlafingen/Thal-Gäu/Bipperamt/Olten/Jura/Bern regions) that assist the elderly in shaping their lives in personal, health, cultural or social aspects; b) supporting regional groups for aging issues in the form of contributions or loans for the training or employment of nursing staff that provides comprehensive individual care for elderly people in need of assistance; c) providing financial assistance for the construction or maintenance of new or existing nursing homes and supporting or promoting the care of elderly people.
