In this context, it may acquire or lease any movable or immovable property directly or indirectly related to this purpose and trade in such property, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also carry out transactions of any kind, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, in Switzerland or abroad, and carry out all commercial and financial transactions. It may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to third parties or to its shareholders.
