Provision for the benefit of the employees of Schroder & Co Bank AG, Zurich, and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, as well as support for the beneficiaries or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability, unemployment. The foundation may also be joined by the staff of companies economically or financially closely related to the company, by decision of the foundation board through a written accession agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, provided that the necessary funds are made available to the foundation and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired. The foundation may also provide services to other tax-exempt pension institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries to finance contributions and insurance premiums.
