The cooperative aims to provide, through mutual self-help in the sense of Article 828, paragraph 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and excluding direct profit-making: a) to supply the area of Hintermutten - Henzischwand - Hostatt - Elisried / Brünnen - Fuhren and Buggenried with raw water (spring water); b) to acquire and sell real estate if this serves to achieve the objectives. The cooperative may also conduct any business or participate in undertakings that are in line with the cooperative's purpose.
