Waterfall DAO

The purpose of the association is to promote and advance the development, acceptance and governance of the Waterfall protocol, which is a Layer-1 distributed ledger network based on directed acyclic graphs (DAGs) and a proof-of-stake consensus mechanism. The focus is on promoting the Waterfall token, which (a) serves to pay network fees for peer-to-peer transactions on the Waterfall protocol and (b) functions as a governance token. These can be staked to participate in voting in the Waterfall DAO, which guides the further development of the Waterfall protocol. The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and is not profit-oriented. The association may cooperate with or join other organizations that represent the same or similar interests.
