Weg- und Kanalisations-Genossenschaft der Wohnkolonie Mattenbach, Kat. Nrn. MA 1394-1399 und 1401-1420, Winterthur

The cooperative aims to: a) Finance the maintenance, repair and renewal of access paths Cat. Nos. MA 1400 and 1424. The access path Cat. No. MA 1425 is regulated by a servitude agreement between the owners of Mattenbachstrasse 21-33 and the Corporation for the Construction of Affordable Housing, based in Winterthur. All maintenance, repair and renewal work is borne by the Corporation for the Construction of Affordable Housing, based in Winterthur; b) Finance the cleaning of the sewage systems and inspection shafts belonging to the residential colony. The maintenance, repair and renewal of the sewage systems are the responsibility of the respective owners and are regulated per row.
