The company's activities are limited to its own assets, those of its shareholders or their families, outside the scope of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FINIG). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, participate in or merge with other companies in Switzerland or abroad. It may acquire and sell real estate and conduct any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
