The purpose of the foundation is to provide for the employees of the Boiler Winkler Group and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death. This purpose can be fulfilled in particular by a) providing voluntary additional benefits to the statutory pension benefits in the event of old age, disability and death, b) providing voluntary purchase benefits for the statutory pension scheme of the employees, c) providing benefits to finance contributions and insurance premiums to other tax-exempt employee benefit institutions established for the benefit of the beneficiaries, d) providing benefits within the framework of a social plan in the event of redundancies for economic reasons. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support employees and their dependents in cases of unforeseen hardship, such as illness, accident, disability or unemployment.
