Enhanced care for the senior management and their dependents designated by the Board of Directors of Brauerei Falken AG. In addition to and in extension of the services provided by the employee welfare foundation of Brauerei Falken AG, Schaffhausen, they are to be secured increased benefits in cases of unmerited hardship, reduced earning capacity, advanced age, disability, illness or death. At the discretion of the Foundation Board, the foundation's assets may also be used for the benefit of the remaining employees of the founding company in accordance with the above provisions.
