Wohnbau-Genossenschaft für das Gewerbe in Küsnacht (WGK)

The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing and maintain it, if possible with the help of the federal government, the canton of Zurich and the municipality of Küsnacht. It can also build structures that benefit the trade and commerce of Küsnacht. The apartments are rented to business owners in Küsnacht for subletting to their employees. Direct rental is possible in special cases. The cooperative can conduct all business directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the company.
