The Geno95 cooperative pursues the purpose of providing and maintaining good, affordable and innovative space for living, working and public use to its members through joint self-help, and to permanently remove it from speculation. It commits itself to the principles of sustainability. It promotes cooperative coexistence of different user groups in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It promotes the self-determination, self-management and self-responsibility of its members. The cooperative can offer spaces for commercial use in its buildings.
