Promotion of residential and living quality in the Mülimatt housing cooperative; creation, maintenance and management of residential buildings and communal facilities on the cooperative's property in Hausen am Albis at the lowest possible cost; provision of living space; maintenance and management of privately owned but communally used rooms and facilities (according to the land register); support of a form of housing that enables residents to live together under favorable conditions; possible exercise of pre-emptive rights (according to the land register); creation and management of general facilities and installations serving all property owners; may acquire and encumber properties and building rights, carry out new constructions and renovations, and participate in such companies.
