The purpose of the association is to promote professional equality, in particular the promotion of women's careers in the technology sector, which includes, but is not limited to, Web 3.0 technologies. Furthermore, the association aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between its members, science, authorities, and civil society. WiW3CH aims to build an optimal ecosystem that includes members from the academic sector, authorities, and civil society, thus bringing together all participants within the ecosystem and the extended community at national and global levels. The association does not pursue economic purposes, is not profit-oriented, and is politically and denominationally neutral. To achieve its purpose, the association carries out various activities, in particular the organization of seminars, conferences, training sessions, and lectures in Switzerland and internationally. The association may support other non-profit organizations that pursue similar purposes. The association is authorized to carry out all activities necessary to achieve its purpose.
