The purpose of the association is to unite the skills and achievements of its members with the aim of promoting culture and art in the global community and preserving achievements, thereby achieving social progress and prosperity. The main tasks of the association are as follows: Creating, disseminating, preserving and promoting culture and art in accordance with WAM's art genre and craftsmanship, as well as rebuilding and preserving the cultural traditions of all nations; Finding ways to intertwine material production and artistic creativity, economy and artistic culture; Simplifying the development of national and international social and economic mechanisms for the development and promotion of common and individual artistic creativity in all areas of life; Strengthening peace, friendship and trust between peoples, expanding international cultural ties and exchange between different cultures, so that different cultures can also benefit from each other, always with awareness of the universal spiritual and material artistic value; Developing, supporting and promoting individual and creative initiatives of WAM members to revive, develop and innovate culture and art; Supporting talented artists and encouraging the development of creative abilities of all individuals; Creating favorable conditions for human artistic and creative nature in the interest of human rights, good will and spiritual perfection; Supporting professional and amateur artists and art creators, as well as those who provide education in culture and art, enabling teachers to provide efficient training to students and promoting the influence of members of the Permanent College of Grand Artistic Jury; Facilitating comprehensive harmonious development of the individual, participation in artistic and aesthetic education and training of the young generation, as well as the development of art and creativity in children and youth; Increasing awareness of the importance and value of artistic culture and art in human society and in each individual through the implementation of Artiada and ParaArtiada, the World Festivals. The most important activities of the association are as follows: Advocacy and dissemination of highly valued artistic works in the global community; Supporting the development of a positive information environment for cultural affairs; Organizing international, continental, inter-regional and national association festivals, competitions, exhibitions and other actions; Marking the Artiada and ParaArtiada status for international, continental, inter-regional and open national artistic events, so that they can be included in the WAM calendar; Developing and enhancing the WAM system of artistic education, training and creativity through Artiada and ParaArtiada groups divided by age and social groups, amateurs and professionals, permanent and temporary members of the Grand Artistic Jury, other Artiada and ParaArtiada associations, unions, universities, organizations, associations, foundations, committees, commissions, councils and other institutions created and recognized by the movement; Supporting legal entities, public associations and individuals who voluntarily promote non-profit activities as patrons or sponsors, which in turn promote culture and art for all nations, our movement and the implementation of Artiada and ParaArtiada; Maintaining direct international relations and communication with each other.
