The trade in goods and services, in particular in the medical and paramedical sector, as well as the participation in other companies, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LAFE). The company may participate in other enterprises and establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also acquire, hold and dispose of real estate and, in general, carry out any activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
