The acquisition, assignment and management of any kind of interests, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland and abroad, -excluding interests in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate in Switzerland-, and to make any investment by subscription in its own name, in areas such as private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, including funds, it being specified that the company does not carry out any financial activity subject to regulatory supervision. The company may also engage in any activities of trading in commodities, services and advice. It may establish branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, and, in general, carry out any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or to third parties, if this promotes its interests.
