The company's purpose as a holding company is to acquire, subscribe to, hold, manage, finance, administer and dispose of all direct or indirect participations in any companies, regardless of their nature and purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. It may establish branches, participate in other companies with identical or similar purposes, acquire or finance such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries or third parties if this serves its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs.
