The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, holding, leasing, management, construction, transformation, renovation, promotion and development of real estate, as well as participation in all real estate transactions, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out any commercial, financial or real estate transaction related to its purpose or likely to promote it; in particular, it may grant loans or guarantees of any kind to its shareholders or third parties, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, all of which to the exclusion of operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
