The company may only act within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); carry out all activities in the field of industrial project development related to production, maintenance, and management in the following areas of application: electrical engineering (production and distribution of electricity, as well as production of electric lamps and lighting equipment), electronic engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, as well as system and security engineering; perform all services and provide advice in the field of construction and maintenance of factories, particularly in their structural part, as well as the installation, repair, and maintenance of pumps and compressors, and more generally, all electrical and control equipment and appliances; the manufacture of computers and all equipment necessary for information processing; the registration, acquisition, disposal, and management of intellectual property rights, as well as the provision of all services in these areas. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial, and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; file, acquire, manage, exploit, and dispose of all intellectual property rights, particularly patents or trademarks, in direct or indirect connection with its activity; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests; carry out all treasury operations for the group to which it belongs.
