The purpose of the company is the acquisition and sale of digital assets, the conversion of digital assets and fiat currencies for its own account and for customers, as well as the provision of payment solutions in digital assets. These activities are carried out as a financial intermediary within the meaning of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering (GwG), with the exception of financial services within the meaning of the Federal Act on Financial Services (FIDLEG), asset management transactions within the meaning of the Federal Act on Financial Intermediaries (FINIG), and activities that are subject to a licensing requirement within the meaning of the Banking Act (BankG). The company may engage in all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire, own, manage, and dispose of real estate. The acquisition and possession of real estate in Switzerland is exclusively for commercial purposes. The company may grant loans or other forms of financing to companies of the same group and provide securities of any kind in favor of companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, or securities on the assets of the company, directly or indirectly.
