The purpose of the school cooperative is to manage the so-called Zugerische Schulgut, which was allocated to the neighboring communities through a purchase agreement with the municipality of Meierskappel on March 24, 1881, and a property allocation agreement with the municipality of Risch on December 3, 1882, as well as any legacies. The interest income resulting from the management is to be used for educational purposes by members or their family members. The cooperative is non-profit.
