The foundation aims to supplement the occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company and economically or financially related companies that are assigned to the management level due to the level of their remuneration, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability of the employee themselves; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse and to persons for whose maintenance they were responsible at the time of death.
