Lichtblick für Kinder

Lichtblick für Kinder is a foundation that supports various non-profit organisations working to promote the social integration of children with disabilities. For example, the foundation supports the Daniel Center in Romania, which provides outpatient treatment and social integration services for children with neuromuscular conditions.

Licht in Lateinamerika

Licht in Lateinamerika runs training and development programmes for indigenous communities, including the CAPI training centre. CAPI provides vocational training (agriculture, forestry, mechanics, carpentry), general education and cultural, ethical and biblical modules; it also offers women-specific courses, further professional training, small-business start-up support and follow-up for former participants in Central America.

Light for Sight Foundation

The core activity of the company "Light for Sight Foundation" is the promotion of eye health, particularly in the fight against keratoconus, a disease of the cornea. This includes: raising awareness and education about keratoconus and other eye diseases; providing screening and treatment options for keratoconus; conducting research to explore and treat keratoconus; supporting patients and families affected by keratoconus; and collaborating with ophthalmologists and clinics worldwide to improve the treatment of keratoconus.

Liliane Hirzel-Atzli Stiftung

The core activity of the Liliane Hirzel-Atzli Foundation is the promotion of non-profit institutions and projects in Switzerland, particularly in the areas of animal welfare and animal protection, human and nature in Swiss mountain regions, as well as the support of impaired, seriously ill and traumatized children, adolescents and young adults. The foundation finances its activities mainly through rental income from the "Atzli Houses", a series of properties built by the founder's grandfather.
