In accordance with the Raiffeisen Banks' Management Regulation, the Bank may, to the extent that it is useful for its commercial activity: a. operate its own branches, establish subsidiaries, participate in all companies and societies of the Raiffeisen Group, as well as in other companies; b. acquire, build and modify buildings, acquire buildings in the context of a forced sale or acquire buildings to avoid an auction, sell buildings, as well as establish and delete all property rights and charges related to buildings.
