The purchase, sale, administration and management of participations in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the company may: carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
