a) the acquisition of direct or indirect participations in all companies or enterprises in the sense of a holding company, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, with regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, this will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; b) the management of real estate portfolios in Switzerland and abroad; c) the development and marketing of a technological platform in the field of real estate in Switzerland and abroad; d) the creation, investment, consulting and research in the field of digital real estate assets; the company may: either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose.
