To combat individual and social distress and provide concrete and appropriate assistance; to support any human project in the Jura region, private or public, that contributes to the promotion of human dignity (such as poverty, illness, disability). In pursuit of this goal, the foundation will carry out its activities within the territory of the Canton of Jura. The achievement of these goals may be carried out by drawing from the foundation's capital and income the necessary sums for this purpose.
