to establish, acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in companies of all types in Switzerland and abroad, with the specification that the company may hold participations in real estate companies in Switzerland exclusively for commercial use; to participate in international trade, including the purchase, import, export, transformation, storage, transfer, financing, sale and distribution of raw materials in the energy sector, primarily crude oil, derivatives and gas, as well as the distribution, refining and transportation of these raw materials abroad or in Switzerland, and to act as administrators, members of the board of directors and managers (cf. statutes for full purpose).
