All operations directly or indirectly related to the acquisition of participations in any form in any company, as well as the administration, management, control and development of these participations. The company will be active in the consulting sector for companies and individuals, as well as in the field of real estate brokerage. It also aims to organize training seminars. It may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may acquire, manufacture, rent or sublet, operate and sell all properties (In Switzerland: within the limits authorized by the LFAIE), patents, establishments, machines, equipment that it deems necessary or useful for the realization of its social purpose and carry out all related activities of a nature to promote the social purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose or take an interest by way of contribution, merger, subscription, financial intervention or by any other means, in all companies, associations or enterprises having in whole or in part a similar or related purpose to its own or likely to promote its extension and development directly or indirectly. The company may be a debtor of loans or grant financing to any company or physical person in the form of loans or any other form, including by way of mortgage, or guarantee in their favor.
