The company is an indirect subsidiary of Tata Communications Limited, a company listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The Company is part of the Tata Communications Group and conducts its business in accordance with the Group's objectives to the extent possible. Therefore, the Company may, in the interest of the Group companies or any of them (including Group companies that hold it, directly or indirectly, as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries), enter into contracts and, in particular, grant loans or other forms of financing to these Group companies and provide all kinds of collateral for their obligations, including through pledges, transfers or assignments of the Company's assets for security purposes or through guarantees of any kind, whether onerous or not. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, sell or finance companies of any kind. The Company may acquire, hold and sell real estate. It may engage in all commercial activities directly or indirectly related to the purpose of the Company. It may take all measures that are intended to promote the purpose of the Company or are related to it.
