The association aims to: 1. Operate a unified alliance of independent M&A advisory boutiques using an alliance brand; 2. Improve collaboration among members for cross-border transactions, with members remaining independent and retaining their own profit and loss accounts; 3. Establish standards for advisory services and provide advice and recommendations regarding strategy to members; 4. Establish, approve, and ensure adherence to the highest professional quality standards by members; 5. Initiate, finance, and oversee joint programs to market professional services for members; 6. Strengthen the reputation of the association and its members; 7. Perform the functions of the association as provided in these statutes or supplementary regulations; 8. Perform any other functions that prove necessary in connection with the above-mentioned purposes. The association does not pursue an economic purpose.
