The Company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular promotion, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties; and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
