The company's purpose is the operation of restaurants, cafes, bars, or any other public establishments. It may also carry out its activities in points of sale, such as public establishments, shops, or any events or activities of fairground nature. It may offer catering services, home deliveries, retail trade including alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, as well as prepared meals or any other products related or not to the restaurant sector (import/export). It may also organize events on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties. The company may provide a transportation service for people or goods. The company may also, in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, take stakes in, and more generally participate in, any companies or societies having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose; carry out or have carried out, either on its own behalf, or on behalf of third parties, any financial, commercial, movable or immovable operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, or likely to promote its development, including leasing goods on an annual or seasonal basis, it being specified that any acquisition of immovable property in Switzerland may only take place in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); and provide financial assistance, including loans, advances, guarantees or securities of any form to its partners, to affiliated companies or to third parties.
