It may also establish branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors. It may grant loans to its partners or to third parties, act as guarantor for loans - subscribed by its partners or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or by the subscription of any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to guarantee any claim.
