Fitness memberships for adults, apprentices, students, school pupils and families; annual, six-month, three-month and trial memberships with equipment introduction, group classes, training app, Sensopro and use of the box depending on the membership.

Group classes such as Pilates, Circuit/Tabata, Cross Training and Kids Training; partly free for membership holders, bookable separately for non-members, with fixed times or on request.

Individual 1:1 training with a coach, equipment introduction training, training plan, Refit training, as well as personal training in 60- and 90-minute formats and a 10-session membership.

Training for clubs and teams with their own coach support or led by athletic trainers; use of the facility, box rental and booked functional, circuit or barbell training.

Professional coaching with consultation meeting, training planning, mental work, advice on dietary supplements, management of training load and performance tests.
