It will also provide consulting and management services to the companies in which it holds shares, as well as commercial consulting and services to third-party companies. The company may also grant loans and/or any other form of financing, guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, if this promotes the interests of the company.
