The purpose of the cooperative is to promote the common interests of its members through the acquisition, permanent management and disposal of participations in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds. The cooperative may, in particular, grant or receive loans or other financing directly or indirectly to or from other group companies, their shareholders or third parties, and provide security of all kinds for liabilities of such other companies. Furthermore, the cooperative may conduct all business that is suitable to promote or facilitate its development and the achievement of its purpose, including the acquisition of real estate. The cooperative may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
