The core activity of Controlla AG is the provision of services in the fields of auditing, fiduciary, tax consulting and corporate consulting. This includes in particular: accounting and payroll; tax services, including closing advice for companies; corporate consulting, including founding, valuation, acquisitions, succession planning and liquidations; outsourcing of accounting and CFO services; and auditing of annual and group financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and the Code of Obligations. The company positions itself as a partner for small and medium-sized enterprises and offers individual solutions for its clients.
