Maintenance of technical systems, minor repairs, coordination of major repairs, lawn and garden care, winter service, replacement of the building caretaker, as well as technical building caretaking and support.

Regular cleaning in the evening or during the day, emptying and disposal of waste, cleaning of work equipment and machines, window cleaning on subscription, kitchen cleaning and disinfection of surfaces.

Rough cleaning with removal of construction debris in a broom-swept condition, intermediate cleaning during the construction phase, final cleaning of new builds and final cleaning after renovation or conversion.

Final cleaning for move-in/move-out apartments, shampooing carpets and spray extraction, façade cleaning, removal of graffiti and graffiti protection, floor treatment, cleaning of windows and shutters/blinds, deep cleaning and cleaning after fires, as well as interventions after natural events.

Access control including checks related to the Posted Workers Act, handling of the access system, coordination and monitoring of deliveries and dispatches, inspection and closing rounds, as well as management of construction site parking spaces.
