The Company's purpose is to engage in any activity that contributes to the functioning of the Edipresse group, in particular the delivery of all goods and the provision of all services in Switzerland and abroad for the companies of the group or for third parties. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all companies and entities having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, any operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose or likely to promote it; and grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide guarantees of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets.
